This auction is for a set of two (2x) 12" cold cathode (CCFL) lights. Cold cathode lights are just what they suggest, cold lights. The bulbs never get hot like conventional lighting, which makes them an ideal solution for computer lighting, and in car lighting projects. These lights operate from any 12v power supply such as a car battery or computer/mains power supply. We recomend using the rear of the cigarette lighter for your footwells, or the existing wires for your boot light for the boot of your car. What makes our lights different to others, is the quality of the inverter. Cheap budget kits will always come with low quality, unsealed plastic inverters where as ours do not. Check the photo to the right. Our inverters are encased in a metal shell, which is shielded. This reduces any interferance with electrical equipment which is a common problem with plastic inverters. Our inverters are also a sealed unit, you can not easily take them apart.
